Hussle Progressive: Foundation
Instructor: Janū Sung
Class Registration: https://rhythmofthepeople.org/register/hustle-progressive/
Janū is a Seattle-based dancer, educator, and organizer whose background bridges Club and Street dance culture and Eastern philosophical and movement traditions. He has trained with dancers and instructors across the country, with a foundation rooted in educators from New York City—the birthplace of Hustle—studying under some of the dance's most respected teachers.
Over his years of teaching, Janū has developed a pedagogical approach that balances technical rigor with cultural context and continues to study and train himself—always updating his own knowledge so what he teaches stays current, well-grounded, and true to the dance's roots.
